American Hat Company Update
A note to our customers regarding the status of American Hat Company orders:
American Hat company tells us that they are still experiencing problems receiving raw material. This is causing production time to become longer. They assure us that they are working to complete orders as fast as they can. Unfortunately, they still do not have ship dates for open orders at this time. As of today, it looks like production time will be running somewhere around 12 - 13 months for straw hat orders and 14 - 16 months for felt hat orders that were placed last year.
As for new orders, an American Hat Company Production Supply & Demand Letter we received on January 3, 2022, informed us that they were ceasing to accept any new orders until such a time that they could get caught up in production.
We will continue to keep you updated as we are updated from American Hat Company. We thank you for your business and your continued patience.
